FAQ:

How many tables and how long are they?

We have 20, 8 foot long tables.

Each table seats 8 people. At least 2 are needed for food.

We also have TWO (8') plastic folding tables. I do not have table cloths.

We also have 2, 6 foot bride and groom tables that match the rest of the tables in the barn. Plus a couple of antique tables to be used as you wish.

We have plenty of greenery to use on the tables

6 Cocktail tables

1 bar table for drinks

1 buffet cart

What all is included in the prep kitchen?

Industrial size refrigerator

→ Deep freeze (we stock with ice, about 10 bags)

Industrial size double oven (just to warm food in, do not solely rely on it to cook all the food for your guests)

Industrial size sink

Hand washing sink

16’ of industrial tables for counter space

6 chafer dishes

5 large glass drink dispensers

10 (maybe more) cake stands

1 cupcake stand (holds 200)

Variety of galvanized serving items (bowls, plate holders, stands, etc..

I do not have glass serving dishes)

We supply trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and dish towels for the kitchen.

DJ's typically have one small set up in a corner of the chapel, and a regular display in the barn. Set up spot for the DJ is up to the bride and groom! (Ideas: balcony, under the balcony, any corner.)

We do not have a sound system in the chapel or barn but we have a recommendation list with a lot of awesome DJ's on it!
